Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that sometimes you need to make a return. You can return your product to us for a full refund, a store credit or an exchange. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Returns
You have the right to return any product purchased from CosmoTooth within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.


To start a return:
Please contact our customer service at info@CosmoTooth.com to initiate a return.
Please include your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images.

Return costs:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error or the product turns out to be defective/wrong item (variant). Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.

Return authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a link to process your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

CosmoTooth operates worldwide and in some cases we may not be able to provide a return label for sending the return shipment. Nevertheless, you will receive a label with return instructions.

In the event that your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong variant, we will pay the return shipping costs. You will receive a discount code that you can use during the return process. However, for all other return reasons not mentioned above, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable method to return the item.

Returning orders with problems:
Damaged/wrong variant
Products that are incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit are eligible for return. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for the return process. Please make sure to ship your return within 14 days of receiving the RA number.

Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will verify the eligibility of the product. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Exchange request:
Exchanges are only possible within the stated return period, usually within 30 days after the delivery date. Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport. We only offer exchanges for products of equal value. If the exchange item has a different value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions to Returns / Non-Returnable Items

All returns must meet the following conditions:


Unused:
Merchandise must remain in its original condition. We cannot process returns for items that have been used.
Damage Free Requirement: Products must not show any signs of damage unless received in damaged condition.
Special Exception: In specific cases, we may choose to ship you a replacement item without requiring you to return the original item. If you are not satisfied with the replacement item, both the original and replacement items must be returned to qualify for a refund. Please note that this is a one-time exception and any subsequent replacements will only be issued upon return of the items.

Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is intended to cover the costs of processing returns, restocking, and any depreciation of the returned items.

Conditions for exemption:
Restocking fees may be waived under certain circumstances, such as:
- The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was shipped and a replacement item is not available.

Requests for exemption will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange procedure
After receiving the item you want to exchange, we will start the exchange process. You will receive a new order number and the exchanged item will be shipped as soon as we have checked and processed your exchange request. Please note that the processing time for exchanges may vary.

Refund processing
After we receive the returned item, we will check it and start the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. The processing time of the refund to your account may vary depending on the processing time of your bank. If applicable, restocking fees may be deducted.

Changes to the return policy:
CosmoTooth reserves the right to change or modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
